Experience

Donna is a litigator, with a passion for helping clients to both solve disputes and, where possible, to avoid them before they happen.

A New York City native, Donna has resided in the Rochester area since 1996. For over two decades, she assisted clients as a paralegal and law clerk, supporting attorneys whose practice areas included everything from complex litigated fiduciary disputes to election law, constitutional law, and nationwide class actions. Her keen understanding of substantive and procedural law and unwavering dedication to clients and the attorneys who represent them resulted in her selection as a 2020 recipient of the Daily Record's Excellence in Law Award in the Unsung Legal Heroes category which honors staff members who help lawyers achieve success.

Donna's practice areas include shareholder and partnership disputes, trust and estates litigation, breach of contact litigation, and fiduciary matters, such as entity dissolution proceedings, power of attorney abuse, and alleged breach of fiduciary duty.
